If you’re coming to see us for a regular checkup, your appointment will consist of a few X-rays and scans being taken of your mouth before your dentist performs an oral exam. Afterward, they’ll discuss their findings with you and make recommendations for treatment. Then, you’ll receive a professional cleaning.
Or, if you hope to have a specific problem addressed, after your dentist has given you an exam, they’ll go over all of your treatment options. Once your questions have been answered and a plan has been agreed upon, our team will help you schedule your next appointment.
To help you save time at your appointment, you have the option to download our forms and fill them out ahead of your visit. Just click on the link below. Complete them at your leisure, and be sure to bring them to our dental office. That way, we can get you checked it with little to no wait. If you have any issues getting ahold of our forms, please let us know, and we can email them to you.
If you have dental insurance benefits through a preferred provider organization (PPO), the Premier Dental team is happy to process and file your benefit claim forms. Unfortunately, we are not able to process claims for health maintenance organizations (HMO), Medicaid, or CHIP plans. If you have a PPO plan, please don’t hesitate to talk to our team about your coverage in our dental office. We do our best to provide accurate estimates for the out of pocket costs of your treatment, file insurance claims, and work with patients to plan for financing the out of pocket costs of their dental services. We know that dental insurance policies can be complicated, so please let us know if we can help you understand your benefit plan.
At the time of service, we ask that patients remit payment for any out of pocket treatment costs. We’re happy to accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We are also willing to work with third party financiers to offer low and no interest payment plans for our patients. If you have questions about financing your dental care, please let one of our team members know. We never want the cost of treatment to deter our patients from receiving the dental care they need, and our team will do the utmost to help you fit the cost of treatment into your budget.
No insurance? That’s no problem at Premier Dental. We are happy to offer our patients the option of joining an in-house savings plan that can make it easier to afford the high-quality dental care you need to enjoy a healthy and complete smile for life. For a low, fixed annual fee, you can count on significant discounts which help necessary treatments fit comfortably within your budget. It’s not a dental insurance plan… and it wouldn’t be so good if it were!
